DELIVERY / RETURNS
Swade hope you are 100% satisfied with you purchase but for if any reason you are not completely happy you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be returned in a re-saleabale condition in original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached to the garment. We insist that you do not remove any tags whilst you try on the garment otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
You will need to return the item to us along with the invoice you received.

Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will exchange these for a different size as requested on the returns form. Alternatively we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. We will process the refund within 2 working days of us receiving the goods using the same payment method as was originally used to make the purchase.
Items Dispatched in Error:
In the event that an item is dispatched to you in error through no fault of your own you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of receiving this item. We will then advise how to proceed with the return or organise a replacement item or refund.
We take great care ensuring all our goods are of high quality but in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item, you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of the date of delivery. We will then advise how to return the item and offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
